Description
The Office of Student Transition Programs invites you to attend Family Palooza, a campus-wide celebration in honor of parents, sibilings, grandparents, and all extended family.
All participants must purchase their ticket to attend. Please make sure that your John Jay student is included in the Family Palooza ticket purchase.
Registration Information:
All guests wishing to attend Family Palooza must purchase tickets; this also includes the John Jay student. Please note that space is limited, so we suggest purchasing tickets as soon as possible.
Ticket options:
"Student General Admission (free)" includes: Bingo & Brunch, on-campus actitivies and t-shirt (not including the Broadway show).
"General Admission ($10 + service fee)" includes: Bingo & Brunch, on-campus actitivies and t-shirt (not including the Broadway show).
"Children under age 5 General Admission (Free)" includes: Bingo & Brunch and on-campus activities (not including the Broadway show).
"Broadway show ($40 + service fee)" includes: one Anastasia Broadway show ticket; pick up at check-in.
NOTE: You must bring a printed copy of your ticket and present it at check-in. Electronic versions of any kinds will not be accepted. All sales are final. No exceptions.
Time & Location:
Family Palooza will take place on Saturday, October 13, 2018 from 11am to 5pm at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, 524 West 59th. Street, New York, NY, 10019. Check in will take place in the atrium at 10am.

What's the refund policy?
All sales are final. No exceptions.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket doesn't match the person who attends?
ONLY JJC students must present their JJC ID card at check-in. Their name must reflect on their ticket purchase.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
YES. Without the printed ticket, you will NOT be allowed to enter the event. No exceptions.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
The Department of Public Safety requires that each person entering John Jay College must present their identification card to enter through the appropriate access device (turnstile or gate). To ensure speed of entry and to avoid any backlog, each person should have their identification card ready to use before approaching the turnstile.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Address: 524 West 59th Street, New York, NY 10019
(between 10th & 11th Avenues)
Subway: Take the 1, A,B,C or D Train to Columbus Circle OR the R, N, Q train to 57th Street and 7th Avenue.
Bus: M-10, M-11, M-103, and M-28.
What can I bring into the event?
You must print and bring your ticket. All family members must bring a government photo ID. JJC students must bring their JJC ID card.

The Office of Student Transition Programs creates dynamic, student-centered experiences to inspire purposeful transitions and equip students and their family members with resources, guidance and peer connections. Student transitions such as the first year of college, transfer experience, degree completion, and new graduate student experiences are critical junctures in the educational pipeline and provide unique opportunities for postsecondary student learning and development. These experiences include, but are not limited to: Accepted Students Day, New Student Orientation, Weeks of Welcome, Convocation, Commencement Week, Commencement, and the Peer Ambassador Leadership Program.
